It was missing the straps so ordered these as they were no longer available from the high chair manufacturer. These fit perfectly. They are easily adjusted to fit babies/toddlers. I wanted light nuetral 5 pt. harness straps to attach to a wooden high chair I'd salvaged from a thrift store. These do the trick nicely and work well.
